§ Mr. WrayTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what action Her Majesty's Government are proposing to the United Nations Security Council regarding violations by the Israeli Government of(a) the Geneva conventions and (b) United Nations Security Council resolutions, regarding their treatment of Palestinian people.
§ Mr. Lennox-BoydUnited Nations Security Council resolution 681 of 20 December 1990 provides a basis for continuing activity by the council on the protection of the Palestinian population of the occupied territories. As required under the resolution, the secretary general will shortly be reporting to the council on the matter.
