§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonNo. The views of the housing committee of the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities are in response to the Rural Strategy document issued by Scottish Homes.
It is therefore for Scottish Homes to consider the views put forward by the convention and respond accordingly.
