§ Mr. Kenneth CarlisleThe Department is publicising national No Smoking Day by the distribution of some 2,000 posters and by a message to all staff encouraging them to give up smoking. The Department's policy is to discourage smoking at the workplace. Counselling is available for those who wish to give up.
