§ Mr. Archie HamiltonMovements of US-owned explosives are subject to the normal regulations governing the transport of explosives in the United Kingdom. These are: for road movement, the Road Traffic (Carriage of Explosives) Regulations 1989—Statutory Instrument 1989 No. 615; for rail, the Conditions of Acceptance and Carriage by Rail of Military Explosives 1990 (BR 22206/2, The Red Book); and for ports, the Dangerous Substances in Harbour Areas Regulations 1987—Statutory Instrument 1987 No. 37.
