Mr. William Ross

To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many Housing Executive dwellings in (i) Coleraine, (ii) Magherafelt and (iii) Limavady council districts were system built; in which estates in each council district they are located; how many have been(a) replaced or (b) refurbished in each estate; how many is it intended to replace over the next five years; and what type of construction was used for these buildings.

This is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, but I have been advised by the chief executive that the information requested is as follows:
