§ Mrs. RumboldFigures published on 13 February showed that 31,001 overseas electors were included in the draft electoral register for 1991–92. This figure does not include valid applications which were received too late for inclusion in the draft register. Final figures for the 1991–92 register, which will be higher, will be published, in the summer.
