§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list(a) for each health district in Wales and (b) for each of the last three years (i) the number of scheduled sessions held in operating theatres, (ii) the number of scheduled sessions that were cancelled, (iii) the number of cases operated on in scheduled sessions, (iv) the number of cases operated on outside scheduled sessions and (v) the total number of cases operated on.
