§ Mr. O'HaraTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment how many additional units of accommodation have been provided for homeless households under 237W the homeless initiative for housing associations in 1990–91 by (a) the local authority area in which they have been provided, (b) the number of units provided through repairs to empty housing association homes, (c) the number of units provided through off the shelf purchasing by housing associations and (d) the number of homes becoming available through tenants incentive scheme payments.
