§ Mr. HanleyEighty applications were received by the closing date of 22 February and 52 appointments will be 267W made. Thirty-four appointments were made from the first phase of the recruitment campaign, which ran from 1 November to 14 December 1990. No appointments have yet been made from the second phase, which ran from 3 January to 22 February. Interviews are being held to fill the remaining 18 vacancies.
