asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether the Lord Chancellor has decided whom he proposes to appoint as members of the Authorised Conveyancing Practitioners Board.

I have today appointed the following people to serve as members of the Authorised Conveyancing Practitioners Board.

  • Allan Brakefield
  • Tamara Goriely
  • Alan Mills
  • Kate Mortimer
  • June O'Dell, OBE

The chairman of the board is John Sadler CBE, whose appointment I announced on 20th December 1990.
