§ Mr. MorganTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment whether, pursuant to his answer of 26 February,Official Report, column 480, his Department was aware of the involvement of E C Harris, quantity surveyors, in the proposed new South Glamorgan TEC headquarters building project prior to 24 September 1990.
Mr. JacksonThe Department was aware before 24 September that E C Harris has been commissioned by South Glamorgan TEC to undertake some preliminary work which preceded the tendering process.
