To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has had calling for his Department to establish a representative office in Brussels.

I am aware of the views that some hon. Members and others have expressed. The Scottish Office is already represented very effectively in Brussels by the United Kingdom permanent representation and we have no proposals for change.
