§ Mr. Lennox-BoydAs I told the House on 14 February, in our regular contacts with the Indian and Pakistani Governments, we have made clear our belief that their dispute over Kashmir should be settled by peaceful agreement between them. At the same time we have condemned the use of violence for political ends and emphasised our concern that human rights must be respected.
