To ask the Attorney-General whether the Lord Chancellor has decided whom he proposes to appoint as members of the Authorised Conveyancing Practitioners Board.

§ The Attorney-General
My noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor has today appointed the following people to serve as members of the Authorised Conveyancing Practitioners Board.

Alan Brakefield

Tamara Goriely

Alan Mills

Kate Mortimer

June O'Dell, OBE.
The chairman of the board is John Sadler CBE, whose appointment was announced by the Lord Chancellor on 20 December 1990.
