§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what representations he has received from the international nuclear-free zone local authorities conference, held in Glasgow last November, concerning the imprisonment in Israel of Mordechai Vanunu.
§ Mr. Douglas HoggWe are aware of representations made by this body to the Israeli embassy in London. As we have stated on previous occasions, Mr. Vanunu appears to have been treated in accordance with the normal judicial process in Israel and his conditions of imprisonment are compatible with normal Israeli practice.
