To ask the Secretary of State for Health when he last met the chairman of the Northern regional health authority to discuss the funding of East Cumbria health authority.

My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has not discussed the funding of East Cumbria health authority with the chairman of the Northern regional health authority.
