Member for Warwick and Leamington.
§ Mr. ForthI refer my hon. Friend to my letter of 20 November 1990. A duplicate claim has now been processed and the money owed was sent to the Official Receiver on 7 February 1991. I understand the payment to Mr. Peter Turner was made on 27 February.
