Dr. Godman

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will give the latest available figures for the total number and percentage of convicted offenders broken down by(a) sex, (b) age and (c) type of offence; and what are the average and median ages for known offenders in terms of (i) males and (ii) females, respectively.
