Mr. JacksonThere are currently 157 industry lead bodies. A number of them are consortia. A listing of all organisations acting as industry lead bodies is contained in the regularly updated publication, the Standards Digest. A copy of the most recent edition has been placed in the House of Commons Library. It is not possible to state how many staff work on lead body activities as the majority of these bodies are also industry training organisations.
