§ Mr. Archie HamiltonThe full inspection reports of the United Nations special commission under United Nations Security Council resolution 687 are confidential to the special commission. The special commission does, however, release information as and when appropriate and a detailed press release on the preliminary inspection of Samarra was issued on 24 June 1991. Copies have been placed in the Library of the House.
