§ Mr. ForthThe report has been studied, on my behalf, by the Health and Safety Executive. As regards matters that are my responsibility, the lessons learnt from this and other studies are being taken into account in the current fundamental review of EC directive 82/501/EEC, the "Seveso" directive, which deals with major accident hazards.
