To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs when Kuwait and Southern Iraq were last discussed at the United Nations Security Council.

Since the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, the Security Council has kept the situation between the two countries under constant review. It was last discussed during informal consultations of members of the Security Council on 11 June.
