§ Mr. YeoThe Government have increased grant-in-aid to the Housing Corporation from £1.6 billion in 1991–92 to over £2 billion in 1993–94. This will increasingly be supplemented by private investment in housing association schemes.
Due to the massive resources that we plan to invest in the Housing Corporation over the next three years, the housing association movement can look forward to an expanding programme. Additional resources are not planned specifically for housing refugees.
