§ Mr. Morgan
To ask the Secretary of State for Wales how many teachers in full time employment with seven years experience are earning(a) £10,000 to £12,000, (b) £12,000 to £14,000, (c) £14,000 to £16,000, (d) £16,000 to £18,000, (e) £18,000 to £20,000, (f) £20,000 to £22,000, (g) £22,000 to £24,000 and (h) £24,000 to £26,000 per annum, or the nearest convenient salary breakpoints.

Information on the number of teachers in full-time employment in maintained nursery, primary and secondary schools in Wales with seven years' experience as at 31 March 1988 is given in the following table. Information for more recent years is not yet available.
