§ Mr. ScottI have received a copy of the report by the Coalition on Young People and Social Security. I do not consider that the restoration of general entitlement to benefit for 16 and 17-year-olds recommended by the report is the right solution. However I shall be looking at the report's findings carefully, together with the Department's own research, to ensure that the most vulnerable young people receive the best possible service.
