§ The Prime MinisterThe Department of Health takes the lead on Government policies against solvent misuse. These policies are directed primarily towards education and prevention and, where practicable, the restriction of sales of products containing volatile substances to young people. We have supported a number366W of initiatives to educate young people at risk and to inform adults, including parents, professional workers and retailers who may become involved.
