§ Miss WiddecombeIn the financial year 1990–91 £3.5 million was spent on capital refurbishment projects at 30 offices in the London area. Of this amount £1.8 million can be clearly identified as specifically for client facilities. The balance of £1.7 million was on schemes involving both client and staff areas.
