§ Mr. Garel-JonesThe presidency circulated on 20 June a revised draft treaty text updating the version circulated on 17 April and taking account of discussions in the inter-governmental conference since then. This is an interim working document which will simply be a basis for the next phase of the negotiations. I understand the Library is taking steps to obtain a copy.
