§ Mr. MacGregorThe changes leading to the present scrutiny procedures were debated on 28 June 1990, 24 October 1990 and 22 January 1991. The Government are committed to carrying out a full review of the procedures at the end of this parliamentary Session.
In addition, I keep the arrangements constantly under review and I have recently tabled a proposal to deal with one technical point that has arisen from the operation of the European Standing Committees.
