§ Mr. RedwoodA number of responses were received, some of which expressed opposition to the use at the present time of the Secretary of State's power to require the disclosure of non-audit fees paid to a company's auditors and their associates. It would not be appropriate to disclose the views of identified respondents, since they were not told beforehand that their views would be made public.
