To ask the Secretary of State for Transport when he intends to seek the implementation of the new draft regulations on the operation of the orange badge scheme; and if he will make a statement.

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will announce an implementation date for the new regulations governing the orange badge scheme for the disabled.
