§ Ms. RuddockTo ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science what advice has been given by his Department to the Haberdashers' Aske's city technology college on the steps it would be appropriate to take to comply with the requirement in its funding agreement that the intake of pupils should be representative in all respects of the community in the area in which the college is situated.
§ Mr. EggarIt is for the college to ensure that all requirements of the funding agreement, including those relating to admissions, are met. Advice is available as necessary.
