§ Mr. BaldryFor the purposes of part I of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, the technology for the control of emissions of nitrogen oxides from large combustion plant is currently being reviewed by Her Majesty's inspectorate of pollution. The report to which the hon. Member refers is being taken into account in that review. It is not possible to provide a separate estimate of the number of staff hours devoted to the report.
