§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Employment (1) when and how widely full details of the United Kingdom operational programme for the now initiative will be made available to prospective applicants;
(2) when and how widely full details of the United Kingdom operational programme for the horizon programme will be made available to prospective applicants;
(3) when and how widely full details of the United Kingdom operational programme for the Euroform programme will be made available to prospective applicants.
Mr. Jackson[holding answer 18 June 1991]: The numerous organisations that have registered an interest in these initiatives will all be sent the necessary details of the operational programme, including guidelines, procedures and timetable, and invited to apply.

Mr. JacksonIndividual project applications will be invited following consultation with the European Commission on our operational programme. This is expected to be in the autumn.
