§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyI am pleased to tell my hon. Friend that there are six general practices within the areas of the Grimsby and Scunthorpe health authorities participating in the first wave of fundholding. Together they provide high quality primary care services to more than 16 per cent. of the population of those authorities.
