§ Mr. MoynihanIndustrial gas prices are set by British Gas in competition with other fuels and subject to normal competition law. Under its published price schedules British Gas is not permitted to discriminate against—or in favour of—any class of user.
§ 27. Mr. McAvoyTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy when he next expects to meet the Director General of OFGAS to discuss the mechanism for setting price levels for British Gas customers.
