8Won the implementation of the Act, all of which is going to local education authorities. Copies will be placed in the Library. Advice of particular interest to LEAs is contained in the Department's circulars 2/91 and 3/91, about the approval of independent schools to admit children with statements of special educational need and the approval of special schools, and in the document "Family Support, Day Care and Educational Provision for Young Children". Guidance on the operation of education supervision orders will be published shortly.
