§ Miss WiddecombeThe water metering trials are a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment. I understand that the final report upon them will not be available until their completion at the end of 1993. Nevertheless, some information will become available in 1992, as a result of the survey into the impact of water metering announced by my hon. Friend the Minister of State for the Environment and Countryside on 30 April.
