HC Deb 14 June 1991 vol 192 cc737-8W
Mr. Salmond

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy, further to the answer to the hon. Member for Workington (Mr. Campbell-Savours) on 7 June,Official Report, columns 383–84, concerning the apprehension of two demonstrators at Sellafield, if he will now hold an inquiry into the practicality of fail-safe security at nuclear installations; and if he will publish the results.

Mr. Heathcoat-Amory

Security at all civil nuclear installations is kept under continuous review. It would not be in the public interest if the results of any inquiry into security were to be published.
