§ Mr. Michael ForsythIt is for the three milk marketing boards in Scotland to decide on the way forward for their industry. I welcome the current debate on the possibility of change to a co-operative structure which will, I am sure, provide the best means of meeting the challenges ahead and will be in the best interests of all sides of the dairy industry and of consumers.
