§ Mr. LeeTo ask the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what reaction he has made to the proposals from the Greek, Spanish and Portuguese Governments for use of European Community funds to assist their textile and clothing industries; and what assessment he has made of the likely impact on activity and employment in the United Kingdom.
