§ Mr. SpearingTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment if, pursuant to his written answer concerning the status of the royal parks, of 3 June,Official Report, column 3, he will list the changes that are liable to occur to (a) employment of permanent staff in the royal parks, their career structure and skill training, (b) recruitment, and morale and (c) supervisors of work of ground maintenance by contract or other means, including outside tendering or agency arrangements.
§ Mr. YeoThe changes for staff in the royal parks will depend on future arrangements for carrying out ground maintenance work. These are still under consideration.
