§ Mr. FlynnTo ask the Secretary of State for Energy if he will make a statement on the implementation in the United Kingdom of EC regulation No. 220/90 (Euratom) on nuclear materials inventories.
§ Mr. Heathcoat-AmoryRegulation No. 220/90 constituted a minor amendment to Commission Regulation (Euratom) No. 3227/76. This was to cover possible circumstances where nuclear material is concentrated by processing to a level above that specified in article 2 of regulation No. 9—428/60.
