§ Mr. LeighThe 11 United Kingdom Rechar programmes, submitted in July 1990 and currently awaiting approval by the European Commission, seek some £109 million in EC support for a wide range of infrastructure and small firms measures based on the Commission guidelines published in the Official Journal of 27 January 1990. The actual projects to be supported will be decided once the programmes are approved.
