§ Mrs. RumboldThe governor of Sudbury became aware of the mistake involving the release date of this prisoner on 5 April 1991 and the prisoner in question was granted home leave on compassionate grounds from 8–11 April 1991. The governor has improved the procedures for informing prisoners at Sudbury of the date approved for their release on parole.
