§ Mr. ColvinTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what figure he has included in his budget for granting aid to the National Rivers Authority for(a) the current financial year, (b) 1992–93 and (c) 1993–94.
§ Mr. BaldryGrant-in-aid for the current year is £106.5 million. Planned provision for 1992–93 and 1993–94 of £96.9 million and £96 million respectively, as published in the Department's annual report 1991 (Cm. 1508), is subject to the Government's public expenditure decisions which will be announced later this year.
