What is the planned size of the staff to serve the proposed regional advisory council announced in the White Paper on education and training published on 20th May 1991.

The number of staff serving the proposed regional advisory committee has yet to be determined.

Whether staffs of the regional advisory committees announced in the White Paper on education and training on 20th May 1991 will be employees of the Funding Council for England.

Baroness Blatch:

Yes. The arrangements for regional advisory committees are set out in the White Paper Education and Training for the 21st Century (Cm 1536), Volume II, Chapter 4.
