§ Mr. WigleyTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects his Department's proposals for the revision of part M of the Building Regulations 1985 to be introduced.
§ Mr. YeoI expect to lay before Parliament in the autumn of this year revised Building Regulations, incorporating changes to the requirements of part M. The revised approved document which gives practical guidance on how the requirements of the regulations can be met will be published at the same time. They will come into force subject to parliamentary approval in the summer of 1992.
