§ Lord James Douglas-Hamilton[holding answer 6 June 1991]: It is intended to present the proposals for the two schemes which constitute the M80 motorway between Stepps and Haggs to the regional and district councils and other affected parties later this year. Thereafter it is hoped that a draft order detailing the line of the route can be published early in 1992. The order will be made once the statutory procedures have been completed.
