§ Mr. ForthBudgets for 1991–92 have been allocated by funding block rather than individual scheme. EAS forms part of funding block 3. The allocated block 3 budgets for training and enterprise councils—TECs—in the London region, including those not yet operational, are given in the table. TECs will have greater freedom and flexibility to adapt EAS to meet the needs of the local economy and to improve survival rates.
